Job summary

Kao is seeking a Material Handler for the West Chester, OH distribution center to support inbound disposition, putaway, replenishment and order picking. The role emphasizes inventory accuracy and safe operations in a fast-paced team environment.

The position is 2nd shift, M-F, 2:30pm-11:00pm with mandatory overtime when needed. Competitive hourly pay plus bonuses and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or active pursuit of certification.
• Experience in warehouse operations and forklift use.
• Ability to read numbers, labels and SKU/batch IDs.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift safely and follow established procedures.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and housekeeping tasks.
• Move inbound materials, separate by SKU and batch number.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and support cycle counts.
• Pack, label, and load trucks following DOT standards.
