Job summary

Kao is hiring for a Material Handler at our West Chester, OH distribution center. The 2nd shift runs Monday–Friday, 2:30pm–11:00pm, with mandatory overtime when needed. You will handle inbound material, perform putaway, pick orders, and support inventory accuracy while upholding safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; basic math and pattern recognition.
• 1+ years in warehouse with forklift experience.
• Experience with container unload of materials preferred.
• Flexible, team player with positive attitude; willing to go the extra mile.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift safely following established procedures.
• Perform daily forklift inspection and housekeeping duties.
• Assist with inbound disposition of ocean containers and SKU/batch separation.
• Prioritize inbound material flow and maintain inventory integrity.
