Job summary

Kao USA, Inc. is seeking a Material Handler for our West Chester, OH distribution center. This second-shift role supports inbound material disposition, putaway, replenishment and order picking while ensuring inventory accuracy and safe operations.

You will operate a forklift, perform daily inspections, use RF scanners and stretch wrap, and work with leaders to prioritize inbound material flow. The position offers $18–$21 per hour, comprehensive benefits and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a warehouse environment with forklift use.
• Ability to perform basic math and measurements.
• Proactive, safety-minded and reliable team player.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift safely and follow all safety procedures.
• Perform inbound material disposition, putaway and picking tasks.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist cycle counts as needed.
• Load trucks and ensure proper labeling and quality standards.
