Confident Search Consultants is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead a team of 10 in our client’s headquarters warehouses, directing receiving, storage, and distribution of materials. You will optimize safety, cost, and timeliness while maintaining inventory accuracy and QA standards.

You will develop and execute long- and short-range strategies, supervise KPI tracking, and manage capital expenditures for equipment and facility needs. A strong leader with SAP experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Solid warehouse operations experience for a manufacturing operation.
• Knowledge of a warehouse management system; moving to SAP within a couple of years.
• Academic experience valued, but work experience is paramount.

Responsabilités

• Supervise a team of 10 warehouse associates in operations.
• Develop and improve supply chain strategies and KPIs; implement methods to achieve objectives.
• Accountable for inventory accuracy and finished goods shipping/warehouse duties.
• Ensure compliance with QA, inventory accuracy, and timely transactions for inbound/outbound products.
• Oversee safety, equipment maintenance, and capital expenditure proposals.
• Serve as go-to expert on WMS and shipping processes; validate daily program data.
