Job summary

Clear Concepts, Inc. seeks a results-driven Warehouse Manager to lead a team of 10+ in coordinating receiving, storage, and distribution of all materials at the headquarters warehouses.

You will drive safe, timely, and cost-effective product output while advancing supply chain initiatives aligned with corporate goals. You will supervise warehouse operations in a manufacturing environment, develop strategies, monitor KPIs, and ensure inventory accuracy, QA, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Solid warehouse operations experience in a manufacturing setting.
• At least 2 years of warehouse leadership experience.
• Knowledge of a warehouse management system (WMS) and upcoming SAP migration.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 10 warehouse associates in daily operations.
• Develop and improve supply chain strategies and KPIs aligned with corporate goals.
• Be accountable for inventory and finished goods shipping; ensure accuracy and timely transactions.
• Coordinate with QA for quality issues before shipping and ensure QA processes are followed.
• Conduct cycle counts and root-cause analysis to resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations in shipping/warehousing.
• Oversee equipment needs and maintenance; propose capital expenditures and budgets.
• Serve as the go-to expert on WMS and shipping processes; validate data daily.
