Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead a headquarters team and optimize receiving, storage, and distribution of materials. The role focuses on safe, timely, and cost-effective operations for raw, WIP, and finished goods.

You will drive improvements in warehouse processes, manage a 10-person team, and coordinate with QA to ensure quality and accuracy. A strong background in manufacturing logistics and SAP readiness is required.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of warehouse leadership experience in manufacturing.
Experience with a warehouse management system and SAP transition plans.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage KPIs and safety programs.

Responsibilities

Supervise a team of 10 warehouse associates in receiving, storage, and distribution.
Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with corporate objectives; monitor KPIs.
Ensure inventory accuracy, QA compliance, and timely transactions for inbound/outbound goods.
Oversee equipment maintenance and capital expenditure proposals for warehouses.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
