Qualifications

• Solid warehouse operations experience in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 2 years of warehouse leadership experience.
• Knowledge of a warehouse management system; move to SAP in coming years.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Supervise a team of 10 warehouse associates in daily operations.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies and KPIs aligned with corporate objectives.
• Manage inventory accuracy and finished goods shipping; coordinate with QA for quality issues.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for shipping/warehousing activities; oversee equipment maintenance.
• Lead daily validations of WMS and related systems.
