Job summary

ExcelliSearch, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead a 10-person team in the headquarters warehouses, overseeing receiving, storage and distribution of raw, work-in-progress, and finished goods with a focus on safety and cost-effective output.

You will develop supply chain strategies, monitor KPIs, ensure inventory accuracy, collaborate with QA to resolve issues, and manage forklift and other equipment programs.

Qualifications

• Solid warehouse operations experience in manufacturing.
• At least 2 years of warehouse leadership experience.
• Knowledge of a warehouse management system; moving to SAP within a couple of years.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 10 warehouse associates in the operation of the client’s warehouses.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies and KPIs aligned with corporate objectives.
• Be accountable for all controlled inventory and finished goods shipping and warehouse duties.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and timely transactions; work with QA to resolve quality issues.
• Conduct cycle counts and determine root causes of inventory inaccuracies; drive corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for shipping/warehousing.
• Oversee equipment needs and maintenance; develop capital expenditure proposals.
• Ensure safe operation of forklifts and equipment for special projects.
• Meet periodic shipping volume objectives and report exceptions.
• Ensure products meet packaging and completeness quality standards.
• Serve as the go-to expert on WMS and shipping processes and perform daily validations.
