Job summary

Red Seal Recruiting Ltd. represents a manufacturing client in Wisconsin seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead a 10-person team and optimize receiving, storage, and distribution across headquarters warehouses. You will drive safety, cost efficiency, and timely output while aligning with corporate goals.

You will oversee inventory accuracy, QA coordination, and KPI tracking, with plans to transition to SAP. A dynamic safety-focused culture and relocation assistance are offered.

Qualifications

• Significant warehouse operations experience in manufacturing.
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse leadership experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with warehouse management systems; moving to SAP.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 10 warehouse associates in the operation of the client’s warehouses.
• Develop, maintain and improve supply chain strategies aligned with corporate objectives; update weekly KPIs.
• Accountable for all controlled inventory and finished goods shipping and warehouse duties.
• Ensure QA, inventory accuracy, and timely inbound/outbound transactions; coordinate with QA to resolve issues.
• Conduct physical cycle counts; determine root causes of inventory inaccuracies and expedite corrective actions.
• Ensure shipping/warehousing complies with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Oversee equipment needs and maintenance; develop CAPEX proposals and budgets.
• Oversee safe operation of forklifts for special projects outside shipping.
• Meet periodic shipping volume objectives and report exceptions.
• Ensure products meet quality standards for packaging and completeness.
• Serve as go-to expert on WMS and shipping processes; perform daily validations.
