Job summary

Unknown is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead a team in the operation of the headquarters warehouses. You will supervise 10 associates, drive KPI-focused improvements, and ensure accurate inventory, quality, and timely shipping.

Responsibilities include overseeing WMS/SAP processes, coordinating QA, and managing equipment and safety compliance across the warehouse. This role requires strong leadership and communication in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems and the SAP transition plan.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 10 warehouse associates in daily operations.
• Develop and monitor supply chain strategies and KPIs aligned with corporate objectives.
• Own inventory control, shipping, and warehouse duties for accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate quality assurance and resolve issues with QA for shipping readiness.
• Conduct physical cycle counts and investigate discrepancies to drive corrective action.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for shipping/warehousing.
• Oversee equipment needs and maintenance; contribute to capex/budget proposals.
• Manage safe operation of forklifts and equipment for special projects.
• Meet shipping volume objectives and report exceptions promptly.
• Ensure received/shipped products meet company quality standards.
• Serve as subject matter expert on WMS and shipping processes.
