PFG Customized Distribution in McKinney, TX is hiring a Loader Formula to help move freight efficiently and safely. You will operate forklifts or pallet jacks, prepare outbound pallets, and work with a team to meet daily shipping goals.

The role requires basic warehouse experience, the ability to lift 10–90 pounds, and readiness for overtime and multi-temperature environments. Training on safety procedures is provided with emphasis on accuracy and reliability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months warehouse/distribution experience.
• Able to lift 10–90 pounds and work in cool, freezer, and dry environments.
• Must pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Transport items into trailers using forklift, pallet jack or by hand.
• Secure loads and verify labels; wrap pallets for shipping.
• Locate trailer slots, set and secure loads.
• Keep dock and loading areas clean and safe.
• Complete end-of-shift paperwork and report safety issues.
