Job summary

Stord in Hebron Estates, KY is seeking a Fulfillment Center Learning Area Manager to lead a multi-site training team and oversee warehouse associate and exempt leader training from onboarding to development.

You will design training plans, coordinate with Operations and People teams, maintain training records, ensure safety and compliance, and scale the training function to meet peak demand.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or logistics environment.
• Proven ability to lead a team and scale training for peak demand.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and WMS systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead site training team (Learning Leads and Floor Trainers) and set expectations.
• Scale training capacity for peak periods and build bench strength.
• Conduct train-the-trainer sessions and onboarding for exempt leaders.
• Create and manage training plans, materials, and records across shifts.
• Collaborate with Operations, People Team, and staffing agencies on training priorities.
