Job summary

Stord is seeking a Regional Learning Manager to design, deploy, and continuously improve training programs across fulfillment centres in the region. This role bridges corporate learning strategy with floor realities, ensuring associates and leaders have the skills to operate safely and efficiently.

The role sits out of Atlanta, GA or Hebron, KY and requires travel 40–60% across the region to drive training health, certification, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in learning & development, training, or operations.
• Experience designing and delivering training across multiple sites or shifts.
• Strong partnership and communication skills with diverse audiences.
• Excellent facilitation skills for frontline and leadership.
• Data-literate and able to tell a story with performance data.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the region (40–60%).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end training experience across all fulfillment sites in the region.
• Partner with site and operations leaders to diagnose gaps and design targeted programs.
• Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions and train-the-trainer certifications.
• Monitor training completion, certification status, and skill proficiency.
• Localize and roll out corporate curricula to fit site processes.
• Identify content gaps and update SOPs, job aids, and e-learning modules.
