Job summary

Stord is seeking a Fulfillment Center Learning Area Manager to lead a multi-site training team and oversee all aspects of warehouse associate and exempt leader training, from onboarding to ongoing development.

This role builds training plans for new hires and cross-training, develops materials, coordinates with leadership and the People team, and maintains training records to ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the site training team, including Learning Leads and Floor Trainers.
• Set clear expectations, delegate responsibilities, and ensure training quality and delivery standards.
• Scale training coverage across shifts and peak periods to maintain capacity.
• Design and deliver training plans for onboarding and cross-training across all roles.
• Maintain training records and ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.
• Collaborate with Operations, Staffing Agencies, and People Team to align training with production goals.
