Job summary

Stord is seeking an Area Manager to lead a warehouse team at our Hebron, KY location. You will oversee daily goals, partner with HR, Safety, and support staff, and drive operational improvements while maintaining accurate inventory levels.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years’ WMS experience, prior leadership, and strong organizational and communication skills. You should be capable of lifting up to 20 lbs and be comfortable with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Two to four years’ experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) / inventory systems in a high-volume facility.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, driving tasks to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of warehouse associates and operations leads to deliver daily goals.
• Collaborate with HR, Safety, Customer Service, and other Ops leaders to drive results.
• Address operational and personnel issues affecting the function.
• Implement process improvements and workload efficiency measures.
• Plan workloads to ensure orders are fulfilled to standards and investigate discrepancies.
