Job summary

Stord is seeking an experienced Fulfillment Center Learning Area Manager to lead a multi-site training team, built to scale during peak seasons and integrate with Ops and People teams. You will own onboarding, cross-training, and development programs across shifts to ensure compliance and high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or logistics environment.
• Proven ability to build and execute training plans for onboarding and cross-training.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with SOPs, safety protocols, and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the site training team, including Learning Leads and Floor Trainers.
• Certify and develop Learning Leads and Floor Trainers through train-the-trainer sessions.
• Facilitate training on new systems, process rollouts, and procedural changes across the site.
• Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Operations and People teams to align training with production goals and staffing plans.
