Job summary

Stord is seeking an experienced Fulfillment Center Learning Area Manager to lead a multi-site training team and oversee onboarding, development, and compliance across shifts. You will design training plans, create materials, and coordinate with leadership and People teams to ensure records and certifications are up to date.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site training team, including Learning Leads and Floor Trainers.
• Design onboarding and cross-training plans across all shifts.
• Coordinate training activities, materials, and records.
• Audit training completion, certification renewals, and compliance.
• Partner with Operations and staffing agencies on headcount and priorities.
