Job summary

Kenco Logistics, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Lead to coach and train warehouse associates, oversee daily tasks, and back up the supervisor. The role covers shipping/receiving, inventory control, and material handling, with emphasis on safety and regulatory compliance.

You will train forklift operators, conduct PIT certifications, perform safety inspections, and participate in cycle counts to ensure SQFI, FDA, and customer requirements are met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; background check and drug screen if required.
• Minimum 2 years in warehouse/distribution operations and 6 months in leadership or supervisor roles.
• Must be a licensed forklift operator or able to obtain forklift license.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train warehouse associates and forklift drivers; conduct PIT and annual recertification training.
• Perform safety and performance observations; review daily production and maintenance reports.
• Safely operate equipment to move products, load/unload, and store materials in designated areas.
• Complete paperwork (shipping labels, tracking) per SOPs and regulatory requirements (DOT, IATA, IMDG).
• Participate in inventory/cycle counts and report variances to leadership.
