Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Lead to coach and train warehouse teammates, cover for supervisors as needed, and support daily operations in shipping, receiving, inventory, and material handling. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; background check and drug screen required.
• Minimum 2 years warehouse/distribution experience and 6 months leadership/training in a distribution environment.
• Must be a licensed forklift operator or able to obtain a Forklift Operator license.

Responsibilities

• Train new warehouse associates and forklift drivers; conduct PIT and annual recertification training.
• Conduct observations on performance and maintenance; ensure safety.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment to move products for distribution; load/unload and store materials.
