Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking a Warehouse Lead to coach and train warehouse associates, oversee daily tasks, and back up supervisors as needed. This role focuses on safety, accuracy, and efficiency in shipping, receiving, inventory, and material handling, including powered industrial trucks.

You will mentor teams, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Strong leadership, forklift certification, and at least 2 years in warehousing are required, with 6 months of supervisory

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Minimum 2 years prior warehouse/distribution operations experience.
6 months experience related leadership or supervisory experience and/or training in a distribution environment.
Must be a licensed forklift operator or be able to obtain a Forklift Operator license.

Responsibilities

Train new warehouse associates and forklift drivers and conduct PIT and annual recertification training.
Conduct EIP, performance, and maintenance observations.
Safely operate powered industrial equipment to move products or materials for distribution.
Complete applicable paperwork per procedures and regulatory agencies.
Participate in inventory/cycle count activities and report variances to leadership.
Serve as backup to other warehouse roles as needed.
