Living Spaces in Rialto, CA seeks a Warehouse Lead to coach and mentor the warehouse team, modeling safety and efficiency. You’ll act as a subject‑matter expert and liaison between managers and frontline staff to organize, train, and motivate the group to meet daily production goals.

Responsibilities include monitoring KPIs, prioritizing workload, providing feedback to supervisors, assisting with interviewing and onboarding, and ensuring all safety procedures are followed.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years in a warehouse or distribution center.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.

• Assist and support the Supervisor and Managers to organize, motivate and train team members.
• Set pace for daily productivity and monitor KPIs.
• Lead the team to meet department goals and ensure safety.
• Provide feedback to leadership on productivity, attendance, and conduct.
• Conduct production analysis and recommend improvements.
• Participate in interviewing and onboarding new hires.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, including evenings and weekends.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed.
