Job summary

Kenco Logistics in Perris, CA is seeking a Warehouse Lead to coach and train warehouse associates while handling your own daily tasks. You will guide teammates in shipping/receiving, packing, inventory control, and material handling to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities include PIT operator training, safety inspections, cycle counts, paperwork accuracy, and acting as a backup to supervisors.

Qualifications

• Background check and drug screen required.
• 2 years warehouse/distribution experience and 6 months supervisory experience.
• Forklift license or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Train new warehouse associates and forklift drivers and conduct PIT and annual recertification.
• Conduct observations and performance reviews.
• Safely operate powered equipment to move products for distribution.
• Complete shipping/tracking paperwork per SOPs and regulatory agencies.
• Participate in inventory/cycle counts and report variances.
• Perform daily safety inspections on forklift trucks.
• Ensure SQFI, FDA, and customer inspection readiness.
• Communicate incidents to supervisor and maintain rotation procedures.
