Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Lead to coach and guide warehouse associates, ensuring daily tasks align with safety and quality standards. You will back up supervision, train forklift operators, and oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory control in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of warehousing experience and leadership exposure, with a valid forklift license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in warehouse/distribution operations.
• 6 months leadership or supervisory experience in a distribution environment.
• Must be a licensed forklift operator or able to obtain license.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train teammates to fulfill daily tasks including shipping/receiving, packaging, inventory control or material handling.
• Lead safety inspections and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Perform paperwork and data entry per SOPs and regulatory agencies (DOT, IATA, IMDG).
• Act as backup to supervisor as needed.
• Support inventory/cycle counts and report variances to leadership.
