Job summary

Living Spaces Furniture is seeking a Warehouse Lead to mentor the team, coach staff, and act as a key communication link between managers and warehouse personnel. The role oversees daily productivity, safety, and KPI achievement while helping develop onboarding and training for new hires.

The position requires 2+ years in a warehouse setting, HS diploma or GED, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and WMS; AX is a plus. Compensation ranges with experience and market demand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, with 2+ years in warehouse or distribution.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; working knowledge of WMS; AX knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support supervision to organize, motivate and train team members.
• Set the pace for daily productivity and monitor KPI achievement.
• Lead the team to achieve department efficiencies and goals.
• Review daily workflow and prioritize work among team members.
• Provide feedback to supervisors on productivity, attendance and conduct.
• Conduct production analysis to review trends and suggest improvements.
• Audit adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Participate in interviewing new team members and onboarding.
