Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Lead to coach and train warehouse associates, including forklift drivers, while supporting the supervisor. This role covers shipping, receiving, packaging, inventory control, and general warehouse tasks.

The Lead ensures safety inspections and regulatory compliance are maintained. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years in warehouse operations, and forklift certification or the ability to obtain one.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; background check and drug screen may apply.
• Minimum 2 years in warehouse/distribution with 6 months of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Must be licensed forklift operator or able to obtain license.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train warehouse associates and forklift drivers.
• Lead daily tasks and support the supervisor as needed.
• Oversee shipping/receiving, packaging, inventory control, and material handling.
• Perform safety inspections and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Complete paperwork for shipping and tracking per procedures.
