Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Lead to coach and train warehouse associates, including forklift drivers, and support various departments such as shipping, inventory control, and general warehouse functions. This role backs up the supervisor as needed and focuses on safe, efficient operations.

The position requires prior warehouse leadership experience, certification or licensure for forklift operation, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen. No travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years prior warehouse/distribution operations experience.
• 6 months experience related leadership or supervisory experience and/or training in a distribution environment.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train warehouse associates and forklift drivers.
• Perform PIT and annual recertification trainings.
• Operate powered industrial equipment to move goods and materials.
