Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Lead to coach and train warehouse associates, ensuring daily tasks meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards. You will back up the supervisor and may oversee shipping/receiving, inventory control, and material handling, including forklift operations.

Responsibilities include training, inspections, cycle counts, and reporting variances. Candidates should have 2+ years in warehouse operations and 6 months of leadership experience, plus a forklift

Qualifications

• 2+ years in warehouse/distribution operations
• 6 months leadership or supervisory experience in a distribution environment
• Must be a licensed forklift operator or able to obtain forklift license

Responsibilities

• Coach and train warehouse associates to fulfill daily tasks
• Perform safety inspections and operate powered industrial equipment
• Participate in inventory/cycle counts and report variances to leadership
• Complete shipping/tracking labels and other paperwork per SOPs and regulatory agencies
• Provide backup to the supervisor and support other warehouse roles as needed
• Maintain readiness for audits (SQFI, FDA, customer) and ensure product rotation
