Job summary

Dorman Products is seeking a warehouse professional to lead daily warehouse operations, manage inventory, and coordinate shipping and receiving activities. The role requires strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with Branch, Warehouse, Operations, and Customer Service teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, while maintaining safety standards and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Leadership, organizational, communication and math skills required.
• Advanced computer skills including MRP systems, email, chat, internet and scanning systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations and act as expert in one or more areas.
• Coordinate daily operations with Branch, Warehouse, and Operations Manager.
• Schedule LTL and FTL shipments; investigate logistical issues.
• Step in as interim Warehouse Manager when needed.
• Maintain inventory control systems (DSP, CSI, SAP).
• Communicate with Supply Chain and Customer Service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Plan and conduct training for new team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
