Job summary

Dorman Products is seeking a Warehouse & Facilities Supervisor for our Shreveport Distribution Center. You will lead daily warehouse operations, drive safety, and manage facility maintenance to support shipping, receiving, inventory, and customer service goals.

Responsibilities include leading a team, coordinating equipment usage and maintenance, overseeing inventory accuracy, and driving continuous process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s preferred in supply chain, logistics, business admin, or related field.
• 3+ years in warehouse, distribution, or logistics; 2+ years in supervisory/leadership roles.
• Forklift operation experience; ability to manage fleets of material handling equipment.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software.
• Experience coordinating facility maintenance, vendor relations, and service providers.
• Proven leadership, communication, scheduling, attendance, and training skills.
• Commitment to OSHA safety regulations and investigations.

Responsibilities

• Safety leadership: enforce OSHA-aligned safety culture, audits, hazard mitigation.
• Oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory control; optimize inbound/outbound flow.
• Operate and supervise sit-down and stand-up forklifts; manage equipment maintenance.
• Lead cycle counting and investigate discrepancies with cross-functional teams.
• Manage returns inspections, documentation, and warranty processing with internal partners.
• Lead warehouse team through scheduling, performance management, and training.
• Coordinate facility maintenance, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security with vendors.
• Oversee seasonal maintenance, budgeting, and cost tracking for facilities.
• Partner with maintenance/ops to plan capital projects and layout improvements.
