Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Five or more years of relevant experience in warehouse engineering, industrial engineering, distribution design, slotting, supply chain engineering, or a comparable operational role required.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehousing engineering across distribution facilities, optimizing layout, slotting, and capacity.
• Improve productivity by refining pick paths, zones, storage density, and space utilization.
• Maintain AutoCAD layouts and develop designs for current and future capacity.
• Analyze product mix, volume, and velocity to adjust configurations and parameters.
• Develop analyses for capacity, labor, throughput, and space utilization to identify improvements.
• Lead problem-solving using 8D, 5 Why, PDCA, and root-cause analysis methods.
