Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience may substitute.
• Five+ years of experience in warehouse engineering or related operational role.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse engineering activities across facilities including layout, slotting, material flow, storage configuration, and capacity.
• Optimize pick paths, zones, and storage density for productivity and space utilization.
• Maintain AutoCAD layouts and ensure alignment between operations and system configuration.
• Develop capacity, labor, throughput, and space-utilization analyses to identify constraints.
• Provide technical direction and coaching to junior OPEX team members.
