Ashley Furniture Industries is seeking a Retail Warehouse Associate to maintain optimal floor inventory and collaborate with the Visual Merchandiser to ensure effective product placement. You will oversee warehouse operations, including setup, wrapping, and storage for customer pick-up or delivery, while upholding cleanliness and organization of the backroom.

• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail warehouse environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Capable of lifting and transporting heavy merchandise (over 100 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Unload/load products from semi-trailers manually.
• Maintain floor inventory and room layout with showroom team.
• Wrap/store sold items for delivery or pickup.
• Coordinate with Visual Merchandiser on floor plan and product placement.
• Handle documentation of product receipt and warehouse records.
• Receive, distribute, and install parts for floor samples as needed.
• Keep warehouse clean and organized; perform minor repairs as needed.
