Job summary

Ashley Furniture Industries is seeking a Retail Warehouse Associate to maintain inventory on the sales floor and collaborate with the Visual Merchandiser to ensure effective product placement. You will oversee warehouse operations, including setup, wrapping, and storage for customer pick-up or delivery, while keeping the warehouse clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load products repeatedly from semi-trailers.
• Arrange showroom floor and set up incoming products; transfer from warehouse to floor.
• Remove sold products from the floor and prepare for delivery or pickup.
• Coordinate with Visual team to prioritize floor arrangement and merchandise.
• Handle clerical aspects of warehouse operations, including documenting product receipt.
• Receive, distribute, and install parts for repairing floor samples as needed.
• Organize and maintain the warehouse and backroom; perform housekeeping.
• Perform minor building maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Complete weekly warehouse checklist and help reduce operating expenses.
• Fulfill other duties and special projects as assigned by management.
