Job summary

Ashley Furniture Industries is expanding its team and seeking a Retail Warehouse Associate to maintain inventory levels on the sales floor and collaborate with the Visual Merchandiser for effective product placement. You will oversee warehouse operations including setup, wrapping, and storage for customer pick-up or delivery, while keeping the warehouse clean and organized.

The role entails unloading/loading, floor replenishment, coordinating with the Visual team, and handling clerical warehouse

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and transport objects over 100 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Maintain reliable attendance.
• Thrive in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load products from semi-trailers.
• Arrange showroom floor and transfer products from warehouse to floor.
• Wrap and store sold items for delivery or pickup.
• Coordinate with Visual team to prioritize floor and merchandise setup.
• Document product receipt and perform warehouse housekeeping.
• Receive, distribute and install parts for repairing floor samples when needed.
• Perform minor repairs and complete weekly warehouse checklist.
• Help reduce store operating expenses related to warehouse tasks.
