Job summary

Ashley Furniture Industries seeks a Retail Warehouse Associate to maintain inventory on the sales floor and collaborate with the Visual Merchandiser to place products.

The role oversees warehouse operations, including loading/unloading, wrapping, and delivery prep, while upholding cleanliness and organization. You will work with teammates to ensure accurate receipts and efficient showroom flow.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work legally in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and transport objects over 100 lbs.
• Maintain reliable attendance.
• Thrive in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load products from semi-trailers.
• Arrange showroom floor and incoming merchandise.
• Move sold products to storage or customer vehicles.
• Coordinate daily with Visual team to prioritize floor setup.
• Document product receipt and warehouse processes.
• Receive and install parts for repairing floor samples.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and backroom organization.
• Perform minor repairs and complete weekly warehouse checklist.
• Support cost-reduction efforts in warehouse operations.
• Lead and supervise team when required.
• Assist with furniture assembly and tool use.
• Additional duties as assigned.
