Job summary

Ashley Furniture is seeking a Retail Warehouse Associate to manage inventory on the sales floor and assist the Visual Merchandiser with product placement. Responsibilities include unloading/loading, wrapping, stocking, and processing warehouse paperwork.

The role requires working on-site, lifting heavy items, and collaborating with the team to deliver excellent customer service. Benefits and a competitive hourly wage are offered.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and transport objects over 100 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Maintain reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load products from semi-trailers.
• Maintain showroom floor inventory and assist with product placement.
• Wrap and store sold products for delivery or pickup.
• Coordinate with Visual Merchandiser to prioritize floor setup.
• Document product receipt and handle warehouse paperwork.
• Install parts for repairing floor samples as needed.
• Keep warehouse and backroom clean and organized.
• Perform minor repairs and complete weekly warehouse checklist.
• Contribute to reducing store operating expenses related to warehouse functions.
• Assist with furniture assembly and use of hand tools.
