Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Business/Supply Chain with 7+ years in warehousing, transportation or manufacturing.
• Master’s degree in IE/MBA/SC with 5+ years experience; MBA requires Eng undergrad.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel/PowerPoint/Visio; strong data viz (PowerBI/Tableau) and SQL/DAX.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and related process improvement tools.
• Experience with value stream mapping, Kaizen, 5S and PDCA.
• Advanced knowledge of core engineering/data analysis functions (slotting, labor planning, layouts, metrics).
• Experience with warehouse design tools (AutoCAD, Slot3D) and WMS.
• Familiarity with JDA/OTM or network design tools.

Responsibilities

• Collects data and performs statistical analysis; maps processes and identifies gaps to drive value.
• Manages high‑impact CI projects across the operation and supports startups, retrofits, expansions.
• Coaches employees on lean CI, QA and Lean principles; guides cross‑functional projects to sustained results.
• Supervises CI/QA professionals; participates in hiring and performance management.
• Facilitates Value Stream Mapping and Kaizen Events from ideation to sustainment.
• Reports progress and makes inventory/supply chain strategy recommendations.
