You will work with operations, IT, and solution teams to justify concepts, select vendors, and implement scalable automation solutions that deliver competitive advantage. The role involves data analysis, project management, and on-site support to ensure sustained performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field of study.
• Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field of study (Preferred).
• 2+ years in warehouse automation or related field (Preferred).
• Experience with warehouse technology and automation tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation technology evaluation and ROI justification for new business opportunities.
• Support project teams in defining vendor FSD/SOW and validation.
• Review design options for efficiency, safety, and SLA targets.
• Coordinate procurement activities and vendor reviews for automation solutions.
• Assist in project management tasks and punch list tracking for deployments.
• Support SAT testing and post-go-live hypercare activities.
• Analyze data to optimize system performance and drive efficiencies.
