You will collaborate with operations, IT, and solution design teams to validate concepts, build ROI justifications, and drive implementations that improve uptime and efficiency. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, vendor management, and hands-on project leadership across locations with 30-40% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in warehouse automation or related field.
• 2+ years in warehouse automation experience.
• Knowledge of material handling equipment and automation types.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation selection and validation on projects by identifying potential technologies and building ROI analyses.
• Validate design options for efficiency, cost, and SLA targets.
• Support procurement, vendor reviews, and bids for automation solutions.
• Manage smaller projects and track milestones, plans, and punch lists.
• Coordinate SAT testing plans and post-go-live support.
