Job summary

OnTrac in Groveport, OH is hiring a Seasonal Package Handler to support the holiday rush. Earn $18 per hour with weekly pay, overtime eligibility, and a start to a potential ongoing role for the season.

You’ll unload, sort, and move packages up to 30–50 pounds, work with a team, and complete shifts in the early morning hours. No prior warehouse experience required, and training is provided. The season runs 10/27/2026 to 1/1/2027, with opportunities beyond the season indicated.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Completion of pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Unload, sort, move and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Keep packages organized and moving safely and efficiently.
• Keep the work area organized and ready for action.
• Work as part of a team to help packages reach their destination safely and on time.

Pay: $18.00/hr

This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

Employment Type: Seasonal

Shift: Monday-Friday or Thursday-Monday | 1:00 AM start
Typical Shift Length: Approximately 5 hours
End times may vary based on package volume and business needs.

What You'll Need

To join our team, you'll need to:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require

Physical Requirements

This is an active warehouse role. With or without reasonable accommodation, you must be able to:

• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull and squat while handling packages
• Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout your shift
• Work in hot or cold environments, as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment

Premium Holiday Pay

• Premium pay for hours worked on New Year's Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
