Job summary

OnTrac in Ohio is seeking seasonal Warehouse Associate to unload, sort, and load packages in a fast-paced environment.

Shifts are early morning 4:00 AM to 8:30 AM with approx 18–23 hours per week, 4–5 days. Pay is $17/hr with overtime where allowed. This temporary season runs 10/27/2026–01/01/2027, with opportunities beyond the season depending on business needs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• No prior warehouse experience required; training provided.
• Able to meet pre-employment background check where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing 30–50 pounds.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Stand and walk for extended periods during the shift.
• Bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages.
• Work in hot or cold warehouse environments.
• Keep workspace organized and ready for action.
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.

This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

Shifts Hours: 4:00 AM to 8:30 AM or End of Sort.

(Variable days; approximately 4-5 days/week, 18-23 hours total)

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

THE JOB: YOUR PAID WORKOUT

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently throughout your shift
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages
• Work in hot or cold environments as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment
• Keep your workspace organized and ready for action
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed
• Be able to meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Ability to perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• No previous warehouse experience required. We’ll provide the training you need to succeed.
