Job summary

OnTrac in Lockbourne, OH is seeking Seasonal Warehouse Associate for the 2026-2027 season. Pay starts at $18.00 per hour plus a $1.00 shift differential for Friday–Sunday. Overtime is allowed by law.

Shifts: Sun–Wed or Thu–Sat, 12:30 pm–11:00 pm or End of Sort. Season runs 10/27/2026–01/01/2027 with a $1,000 bonus. Responsibilities include unloading, sorting, moving and loading packages up to 30–50 lb, standing or walking long periods, and working in variable temperatures.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Be able to meet pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Ability to perform tasks with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30-50 pounds independently throughout your shift.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift.
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages.
• Work in hot or cold environments as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment.
• Keep your workspace organized and ready for action.
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.

THE QUICK FACTS

Location: 1260 London-Groveport Road Lockbourne, OH 43137

Pay: $18.00/hr plus $1.00 shift differential for Friday, Saturday, Sunday.

This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

Shift:

• Sunday - Wednesday, 12:30 pm - 11:00pm or End of Sort
• Thursday - Saturday, 12:30 pm - 11:00pm or End of Sort

Hours may vary based on business needs. "End of Sort" is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

Season Duration*: 10/27/2026 to 01/01/2027

Seasonal Bonus*: $1,000

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Ability to perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• No previous warehouse experience required. We'll provide the training you need to succeed.
