OnTrac is hiring Seasonal Warehouse Associates to support holiday operations at our Fairfield, OH facility. The role involves unloading, sorting, and moving packages daily, with shifts starting early morning.

Training will be provided, and overtime is possible during peak periods. The position runs from late October through early January, offering weekly pay and temporary employment with potential for future roles.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks and lift packages.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30-50 pounds independently throughout your shift.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift.
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages.
• Work in hot or cold environments as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment.
• Keep your workspace organized and ready for action.

THE QUICK FACTS
Location: 105 Mercantile Drive, Suite 100, Fairfield, OH 45014
Pay: $17.00/hr
This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.
Shift Hours: 3:30 AM to 8:00 AM or End of Sort.
(Variable days; approximately 4-5 days/week, 22-27.50 hours total)
Hours may vary based on business needs.
End of Sort is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.
Season Duration*: 10/27/2026 to 01/01/2027

THE JOB: YOUR PAID WORKOUT

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30-50 pounds independently throughout your shift
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds

• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time

What You’ll Need

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed
• Be able to meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Ability to perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• No previous warehouse experience required. We’ll provide the training you need to succeed.
