Job summary

OnTrac is hiring for a seasonal warehouse position in Louisville, KY. The role involves unloading, sorting, and moving packages up to 50 pounds, with overtime eligibility and a shift from 5:00 AM to 9:00 AM or until end of sort. The season runs from late October to early January, with weekly pay and flexible shift options.

Shifts may vary, and overtime may be required. No prior warehouse experience is necessary as training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing 30–50 pounds independently during the shift
• Participate in team lifts for packages up to 50 pounds
• Stand or walk for extended periods; handle packages with bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling and squatting
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures and keep workspace organized for the next tasks
• Help packages reach destinations safely and on time

Pay: $17.00

This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

Shift: 5:00AM - 9:00AM or End of Sort

Saturday - Wednesday

Sunday - Thursday

Monday - Friday

Tuesday - Saturday

Wednesday - Sunday

Thursday - Monday

Friday - Tuesday

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

THE JOB: YOUR PAID WORKOUT

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30-50 pounds independently throughout your shift
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages
• Work in hot or cold environments as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment
• Keep your workspace organized and ready for action
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed
• Be able to meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Ability to perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• No previous warehouse experience required. We’ll provide the training you need to succeed.
