Job summary

OnTrac is hiring for a seasonal warehouse role in Schertz, TX. The job runs from late October through early January with several shift options, including weekends. You will safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 50 pounds and participate in team lifts for heavier items.

Hours are early morning, with overtime as needed. Training is provided, no prior warehouse experience required, and seasonal perks include weekly pay and flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Meet pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Repeatedly lift packages and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Stand, walk, bend, lift, reach and work in varying temperatures.
• Work scheduled shifts, including overtime when needed.
• No warehouse experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages (30–50 lb) independently.
• Participate in team lifts for up to 50 lb.
• Stand or walk for long periods during shifts.
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages.
• Work in hot or cold environments; adjust to temp control limits.
• Keep workspace organized and ready for action.
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.

Pay: $17.10

This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

Shift: 6:00AM – 9:30AM or End of Sort

(7 options):

Saturday - Wednesday

Sunday - Thursday

Monday - Friday

Tuesday - Saturday

Wednesday - Sunday

Thursday - Monday

Friday - Tuesday

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

THE JOB: YOUR PAID WORKOUT

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently throughout your shift
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed
• Be able to meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Ability to perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• No previous warehouse experience required. We’ll provide the training you need to succeed.
