Job summary

OnTrac in Houston, TX is seeking seasonal warehouse associates for early-morning shifts. Pay is $17.50 per hour, with overtime eligibility. Seasonal tenure 10/27 to 01/01, with a $500 seasonal bonus.

Work involves unloading, sorting, moving, and loading packages up to 30–50 pounds, with occasional lifts up to 50 pounds. You must be at least 18, authorized to work in the U.S., and available for the shift options (Mon-Thu, Wed-Sun, Fri-Tues).

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Available for scheduled shifts, including weekends/holidays when needed.
• Able to meet pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• No previous warehouse experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing 30–50 pounds independently during shift.
• Participate in team lifts for packages up to 50 pounds.
• Stand and walk for extended periods; perform bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling, and squatting.
• Work in hot or cold warehouse environments and keep workspace organized.
• Help packages reach their destination safely and on time.

Pay: $17.50

This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

Shift: 5:00AM – 9:00AM or End of Sort

(3 options):

Monday - Thursday

Wednesday - Sunday

Friday - Tuesday

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

Season Duration*: 10/27 to 01/01

THE JOB: YOUR PAID WORKOUT

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently throughout your shift
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages
• Work in hot or cold environments as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment
• Keep your workspace organized and ready for action
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed
• Be able to meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Ability to perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• No previous warehouse experience required. We’ll provide the training you need to succeed.
