Job summary

OnTrac is seeking a seasonal, part-time warehouse team member in Akron, OH. Earn $17.00 per hour with overtime eligibility. Shifts run from 4:00 AM to 8:30 AM or End of Sort, about 4–5 days per week (roughly 18–23 hours total).

No prior warehouse experience is required; training will be provided to get you started. Seasonal perks include weekly pay, flexible shift options, extra holiday money, and valuable experience.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Ability to repeatedly lift packages and perform physical tasks.
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Be scheduled for shifts, including overtime when needed.
• No prior warehouse experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your shift.
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages.
• Work in hot or cold environments as temperature control may vary.
• Keep workspace organized and ready for action.
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.

Job description

Pay: $17.00/hr

This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

Employment Type: SeasonalPart-Time

End times may vary based on package volume and business needs.

THE JOB: YOUR PAID WORKOUT

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently throughout your shift
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages
• Work in hot or cold environments as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment
• Keep your workspace organized and ready for action
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed
• Be able to meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Ability to perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• No previous warehouse experience required. We’ll provide the training you need to succeed.
