Job summary

OnTrac in Houston is seeking seasonal warehouse staff for evening shifts from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM (or end of sort). The role involves unloading, sorting, and loading packages, with weights up to 50 pounds and potential overtime. Seasonal pay includes a $500 bonus and weekly pay.

Be at least 18, authorized to work in the U.S., and able to meet pre-employment requirements. Prior warehouse experience is not required as on-site training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing 30–50 pounds.
• Participate in team lifts for packages up to 50 pounds.
• Stand/walk for extended periods during shift.
• Bend, twist, reach, push, pull and squat while handling packages.
• Maintain organized workspace and assist packages to reach next destination safely.

Job description

Location: 11440 Tanyard Creek Drive, Suite 1, Houston, TX 770401

Pay: $17.50

This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

Shift: 3:00PM – 9:00PM or End of Sort

(2 options):

Sunday - Wednesday

Thursday - Saturday

Hours may vary based on business needs. End of Sort is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

Season Duration*: 10/27 to 01/01

THE JOB: YOUR PAID WORKOUT

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently throughout your shift
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages
• Work in hot or cold environments as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment
• Keep your workspace organized and ready for action
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed
• Be able to meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Ability to perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• No previous warehouse experience required. We’ll provide the training you need to succeed.
