Job summary

OnTrac in Carlsbad, CA is hiring seasonal package handlers for a part-time shift from 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM. No experience is required and we provide training to get you started.

You will help unload, sort, and move packages, with weights up to 50 pounds, as part of a collaborative team that keeps packages moving on schedule. Seasonal employment with a bonus and weekly pay is available.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.

Pay:

$18.00/hr WEEKLY Pay

This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

Approximately 3-4 hours. End times may vary based on package volume and business needs.

Physical Requirements

This is an active warehouse role. With or without reasonable accommodation, you must be able to:

• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull and squat while handling packages
• Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout your shift
• Work in hot or cold environments, as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment

Premium Holiday Pay

• Premium pay for hours worked on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
