OnTrac in Henderson, NV is hiring a Seasonal Package Handler to support busy holiday shipments. No experience required; training provided. You’ll work 1:00pm–7:00pm, Sunday through Thursday or other rotating schedules, lifting 30–50 lb packages and helping keep thousands of parcels moving.

Earn $15.50 per hour with weekly pay and a seasonal bonus. This temporary role offers overtime where needed and a quick hiring process to get you started in time for the holidays.

Pay: $15.50/hour with WEEKLY Pay

This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

Employment Type: Seasonal Part - Time

Shift: 1:00pm - 7:00pm

• Sunday - Thursday
• Tuesday - Saturday
• Friday - Monday

Typical Shift Length: Approximately 6 hours
End times may vary based on package volume and business needs.

The Job: Your Paid Workout

This is an active, hands-on job where you’ll work alongside your team to keep thousands of packages moving toward their next destination.

During your shift, you’ll:

• Safely unload, sort, move and load packages weighing up to 30-50 pounds independently
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds
• Keep packages organized and moving safely and efficiently
• Keep your work area organized and ready for action
• Work as part of a team to help packages reach their next destination safely and on time

What You’ll Need

To join our team, you’ll need to:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require

Physical Requirements

This is an active warehouse role. With or without reasonable accommodation, you must be able to:

• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull and squat while handling packages
• Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout your shift
• Work in hot or cold environments, as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment

Premium Holiday Pay

• Premium pay for hours worked on New Years Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
